The Aston Expressway has been closed all week after the discovery of a WW2 shell, whilst 50,000 people were evacuated in Hanover after 5 unexploded bombs were found, both instances, during construction site works.

It is not uncommon for desktop UXO studies to be undertaken as part of the feasibility of development projects but what happens if these Risk Assessments provide an unwelcome response?
